Returns & Shipping

We don’t have a warehouse, and we’re not going to pretend we do. Here’s exactly how we handle problems — honestly.


Siloxa is a curated dropshipping store. Your orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners, which means we don’t maintain a physical return address. What we do maintain is a genuine commitment to making things right when something goes wrong.

We don’t accept change-of-mind returns. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all, we will resolve it — with a replacement or a full refund. No runaround.


Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at siloxa.service@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. You won’t be asked to ship anything back.

Wrong or missing items

If you received the wrong item, or something was missing from your order, send us a photo and your order number. We’ll correct it promptly.

Order never arrived

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we’ll need a non-delivery certificate from your local post office to process a resolution. This is a carrier documentation requirement — your post office can issue it quickly.

Significantly delayed orders

If your order has been stuck in transit for more than 45 days (US) with no movement, contact us and we’ll investigate and resolve it.


The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Packaging damage where the product itself is intact and undamaged
  • Claimed non-delivery without a post office non-delivery certificate
  • Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any order more than 90 days old, regardless of reason

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available on select products — eligible destinations will appear at checkout based on your location.

Processing
1–2 business days
Orders placed before 12 PM CT on business days typically process same day.
Domestic delivery
7–14 business days
Standard shipping across the US. Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time.
International
14–21 business days
Varies by destination. Buyer is responsible for any applicable duties or import fees.
Tracking
Emailed at shipment
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order changes and cancellations

Email siloxa.service@yahoo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once fulfillment begins we cannot guarantee changes, but we’ll do what we can.
